Choose a 15-yard or 20-yard roll-off dumpster and the rental period that works for your project. Standard rental pricing includes delivery, one haul-away and up to 2 tons of waste.

MONTHLY RATES.
Need a dumpster for a longer cleanup, renovation, construction project or job site? Flat monthly pricing is available for both sizes.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Standard rental rates include the core services needed for a typical dumpster rental.
Delivery of your dumpster to the approved project location.
One standard haul-away and dump is included with the rental.
Up to two tons of waste are included in standard rental pricing.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
These charges apply when a rental goes beyond the services or limits included in standard pricing.
WEIGHT OVER 2 TONS
$75 / TONDisposal is charged at $75 per ton for weight exceeding the 2 tons included with your rental.
EXTENDED DELIVERY
$3 / MILE EACH WAYA delivery charge applies outside Flagstaff city limits or outside the standard 10-mile service radius.
Minimum distance delivery charge: $100. Final rate varies based on delivery distance.ADDITIONAL DAYS
$15 / DAYRentals extending beyond the initial 10-day period are charged an additional $15 per day.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
$750 MINIMUMIf prohibited items are found in the dumpster, a minimum $750 haul-off charge may apply.
DUMPSTER GUIDELINES.
A few simple rules help keep your rental safe, prevent unexpected charges and make pickup as smooth as possible.
READ FULL RENTAL TERMSKEEP MATERIAL BELOW THE FILL LINE
Material must remain level with or below the maximum fill line. Nothing should extend or stick above the top of the dumpster.
WATCH THE WEIGHT
Rental pricing includes 2 tons of waste. Additional disposal weight is charged at $75 per ton over 2 tons.
DON'T MOVE THE DUMPSTER
Customers should not move or relocate a dumpster after delivery. Contact Peak if you need the dumpster relocated.
ASK BEFORE LOADING QUESTIONABLE MATERIAL
Hazardous, regulated, bulky or otherwise prohibited materials may not be accepted. Call us before loading an item if you're unsure.
UNSURE ABOUT AN ITEM?
Certain hazardous, regulated, bulky or heavy materials may require special handling or may not be accepted in our dumpsters.
If you aren't sure whether something can go into the dumpster, call Peak before loading it. A quick phone call can prevent additional charges or pickup issues.
