RENTAL TERMS.
Clear rental terms help keep your dumpster delivery, use and pickup simple from start to finish.
Please review the information below before using your Peak Roll-Off dumpster. These terms cover charges, weight limits, relocation, prohibited materials, loading requirements and other important rental responsibilities.
Standard rental pricing includes up to 2 tons of waste.
Additional disposal weight is charged at $75 per ton over 2 tons.
Material must remain level with or below the maximum fill line.
Contact Peak if your dumpster needs to be moved after delivery.
AUTOMATIC CHARGES & AUTHORIZATION
Disposal and rental fees may be charged automatically to the credit card on file that was authorized at the time of purchase when the dumpster is serviced.
WEIGHT LIMITS & ADDITIONAL DISPOSAL
Standard rental pricing includes up to 2 tons of waste. Disposal weight exceeding the included 2 tons is charged at $75 per ton.
The dumpster cannot be loaded beyond legal weight limits. If you believe your material may be unusually heavy, contact Peak before loading the dumpster.
ADDITIONAL HAULS & DUMPS
Each standard rental includes one haul-away and dump.
If additional haul-aways or dumps are required during the rental period, additional service charges will apply.
Contact Peak if your project fills the dumpster sooner than expected or you believe you will require another haul.
DUMPSTER RELOCATION
Customers may not move or relocate Peak dumpsters after delivery.
If the dumpster needs to be moved, contact Peak Roll-Off Dumpsters to arrange relocation. Moving the dumpster yourself may result in additional charges and responsibility for damage caused by unauthorized movement.
UNACCEPTABLE MATERIALS
Hazardous, regulated or prohibited materials may not be placed in the dumpster.
Examples identified in Peak's rental terms include chemicals, oils, liquids, electronics, mattresses, flammable materials and tires.
Non-disclosed materials may result in additional charges. If prohibited materials are discovered, a minimum haul-off charge may apply.
MAXIMUM FILL LINE & LOADING
Material must remain level with or below the maximum fill line of the dumpster. Nothing should extend or stick above the top of the container.
Overfilled dumpsters may not be safe to haul and can result in additional charges or service delays.
BEFORE YOU THROW IT AWAY.
Certain materials require special disposal and should not be placed in a standard Peak dumpster. When in doubt, call before loading.

Before your dumpster is picked up, take a minute to make sure everything is ready to go.
All material is at or below the maximum fill line.
No prohibited or hazardous materials have been loaded.
Access to the dumpster is clear for the pickup vehicle.
Peak has been contacted about any unusual materials, excess weight or service changes.
